Kay graduated from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic in 2001 with an Honours degree in Human Science and a Masters in Chiropractic, and worked in two busy Wiltshire practices until opening Maristow Chiropractic Clinic in 2003.
Kay has a special interest in treating sporting injuries and completed the International Chiropractic Sports Science Diploma (ICSSD) in Turin, Italy in 2006 to be a certified sports Chiropractor. In 2012 she was selected as a “Gamesmaker” for the Paralympic games as part of the medical services team. More locally, Kay was the team medic for Trowbridge Rugby Football Club from 2004-2017 where she was responsible for all pitch side first aid and both pre and post match treatments.
Kay was honoured as a Fellow of the Royal College of Chiropractors in 2015 in recognition of her continuous work and dedication to improving the profession with a clear focus on self-improvement aimed at providing the very best chiropractic care.
In 2016, Kay completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Medical Ultrasound (PgDip), which is the Consortium for the Accreditation of Sonographic Education (CASE) accredited course, recognised by the British Medical Ultrasound Society (BMUS). This allows the clinic to use diagnostic ultrasound to accurately diagnose many musculoskeletal injuries, give a more specific prognosis and provide a specific treatment plan.
Kay has continued to contribute to the care of athletes at major international sporting events, being selected to be part of the Medical Services team at the 2017 IAAF World Championships London and the 2022 Birmingham Commonwealth Games.
Kay is fully registered with the General Chiropractic Council (no.01280) is a member of the British Chiropractic Association and a Fellow of the Royal College of Chiropractors.

Joe has a specialised interest in managing foot, ankle, and gait related injuries, as well as chronic injuries related to sports and exercises performance. His approach combines his extensive background in elite athletic training with a passion for helping patients of all activity levels. Following his Sports Science degree from Bournemouth University in 2015, he worked as a Strength and Conditioning Coach at the Bristol Academy of Sport and with GB sprinters for the Rio Olympics. He then spent two years in Motor Sport, working with international Formula 2 and 3 drivers, including those now competing in F1. Joe has a broad history of training elite athletes in sports such as American Football, Boxing, Netball, Golf, Basketball, and Rugby.
Driven by a desire to integrate treatment with training, Joe pursued Chiropractic. He is committed to providing relief from various symptoms and guiding patients through personalized rehabilitation programs. Joe blends manual hands-on techniques with specialised exercises to create robust and comprehensive management strategies for individuals seeking to enhance their everyday activities or push their athletic boundaries, from gardening to marathon running.
Recognized for his academic excellence, Joe received an Academic Award from the British Chiropractic Association for achieving the highest score in his final university year. He is a member of the British Chiropractic Association and registered with the General Chiropractic Council (no. 05143).
Outside of his practice, Joe enjoys CrossFit and is currently learning the drums. He is also the proud owner of a small fluffy dog named Milo, fueled by strong coffee.
